Children are admitted to the school in accordance with the governing body’s published admissions criteria. Preference is given to baptised children of practising Catholic parents.. Please refer to the Admission Policy.
The planned admission number (PAN) is 60 for the 2021-2022 intake.
Please remember that for your application to be valid, you will need to complete an online Common Application Form (CAF), which can be found on the Lambeth website, this must be completed by 15th January 2021, in addition to our Supplementary Information Form (SIP) which is available from the school. This supplementary Information Form must be received in school by 15th December 2020.
This week Lambeth School Admissions are hosting two online live events to deliver their presentation about the Reception 2021 online application process, and they would like to have as many parents attend as possible. These meetings replace the physical meetings detailed in our booklet which were scheduled for the same days.
There are two events, one on Tuesday 3 November (tomorrow) at 4pm, and another on Thursday 5 November at 10am, both set to last roughly one hour. There will be a Q&A session after the presentation so parents can ask questions directly to us.
In order to attend, parents simply need to ensure they have access to Microsoft Teams (most likely via the free app), and click the links towards the bottom of our webpage: https://www.lambeth.gov.uk/schools-and-education/school-admissions/primary-school-admissions/apply-for-a-primary-school-place (the links themselves are https://bit.ly/3kSDc3m for Tuesday and https://bit.ly/3kNYFuk for Thursday).
Our in-year Admissions process closely follows our normal admissions policy. Applications are made to the school using the same supplementary information form and providing the same supporting documentation.
Once an application is received, we look at the availability of a place, if there is availability in the correct year group the place is offered. Where there is a waiting list, the application will be ranked according to our published admission criteria. The waiting list is reviewed annually and applications not renewed will be removed from the waiting list.

Covid19 and School Admissions
On the advice of the Education Commission of the Archdiocese of Southwark the governing body of Corpus Christi Catholic Primary School has agreed the following statement in order to clarify how its faith-based oversubscription criteria will be interpreted whilst churches are closed or attendance at church is not possible due to Covid19. This statement has been shared widely with parishes in order to ensure that determinations made by parish priests concerning regular practice of the faith are being made on a consistent basis.
‘The Suspension of the obligation to attend Sunday Mass was announced on 18th March 2020 by Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. If a parent/carer attended Mass at particular parish (or parishes) prior to 18th March 2020 then they will be considered to have attended Mass in the parish (or parishes) regularly since that time. This will remain the case until the Sunday obligation is reintroduced by the Bishops’.
